In a world of so many great photographers and writers, I am venturing into some unknown territories, leaving comfort zones, finally very willing to practice the art of seeing. By maintaining the practice of posting daily photos, I hope to continue learning about the possibilities that I trust are out there for the taking.
Well, the 3rd annual Birthday Slumber Party starts early this year. Normally this annual event goes for 24 hours, from noon Saturday to noon Sunday. But some of the girls wanted to spend the night tonight to hear me speak at the Cornfield meeting.
I’m excited and enjoying having everyone here. I’m very glad my talk is over so I can give all my focus to this birthday present the ladies give me. This event started over 3 years ago when someone asked me what I wanted for my birthday. I thought and then said, “I like you all to come for a slumber party.” They did just that, they came and we all had such a good time we made it a regular annual event.
