I’m back home now since Ray picked me up midday at the airport last Saturday. Getting caught up has consumed my time since I returned. I thought I was busy at the Photography Workshop. HA. I sure wish I had time to work on the 2,000 to 3,000 photos taken in Jackson, but I don’t. This photo below is one I took of the Teton Range while driving back from our last early morning shoot.

Beautiful snow covered Teton Range in Jackson, WY.
Last Monday Ray and I drove in to LA for his pre-op doctor’s visit before Ray’s hip surgery Oct 13th.
Tomorrow we drive in to LA for the Just the Black Print meeting.
This weekend there will be about 22 of us here celebrating our 3rd annual birthday slumber party. This party is a 24 hour event. It’s fun and I can’t wait.
Monday Ray and I drive in to LA again to spend the night at a hotel nearby where Ray will have his hip replacement surgery Tuesday. We’ve been told Ray will spend Tuesday night in the hospital. Wednesday he we will drive back to the desert.
Once home I hope to find time to Photoshop some of my trip photos and post them.
It was 12 degrees and dark when I shot this photo.

4:45am timed capture of the Teton Range at Schwabacher Landing.
In a world of so many great photographers and writers, I am venturing into some unknown territories, leaving comfort zones, finally very willing to practice the art of seeing. By maintaining the practice of posting daily photos, I hope to continue learning about the possibilities that I trust are out there for the taking.
